Could you please help me in finding solution for below query?
Wilmington county DE01 wages is calculating incorrectly.
after analyzing it was found that 401k amount is not adding up in /601 and /701 where as it is included in /705.
now I want to know what changes I can do to make /601 and /701 for DE01 county to match /705. (i.e., including 401k amount in /601 and /701)

above changes should not impact state wage /601 and /701.
