Configure the type of Business Partners which can be added as Attendee in Visits

Dear C4C Community - is there a way to configure the type of Business Partners what can be used as Attendees in a Visit?

We can add Contacts, Employees and also other Accounts as Attendees to Visits.

We want to block that Accounts can be added as Attendees to Visits. The reason for this is, because we have the same name for more than one type of Business Partner available - and sometimes the Users select the wrong one.

Hi Michael,

I don't think this is possible as it is part of the standard. However, if you notice in the popup, if you click on Show advanced filter, there is a possibility to filter based on BP type and also category which will solve your problem to a great extent. Please refer screenshot below.

Hello Michael,

Just a suggestion, you can also check possibility of adding custom field on the Add Quick create and then add the OVS by designing it as per your requirement and then hide the standard field. Off course it will require development work on SDK.
