Hi All
Can any one please tell me,, what all the steps to be followed in enhancing a standard datasource (say for example 2LIS_11_ITM)with a additional fields and replicate the datasource to BW using LO Cockpit
Do any one have a materials or DOC,, which has screen shots in it,, It will be really helpful for me,,

Go to LBWE and click on the maintenance. In the drop down combobox u can see the extract structures as MCVBAK, MCVBUK. You can use aby of these to enhance the data source.
Open the extract structure u chose in se11 and click on the append structure, u can enhance it there.
Then click on the 2lis_11_itm and click on the 'selection' check box. Do not activate the V3 update yet.
Relicate the datasource in BW, and add the fields to the communication structure. Map the Transfer rules and activate them. Extend the data targets(ODS , cube) and update the update rules and activate.
Now schedule the V3 and activate.
