timeouts since last win updates?

Hi,

we have a sap bcm sp7 system, where we have a lot of timeouts since a few weeks. Also CPU rate is very high and we can only restart whole server and switch to backup-system.

Does anyone else experience such difficulties since the last windows updates in April?
