RM 10.1 no email is sent on validation risk WF

Hi all,

I'm using the RM 10.1 SP 13, and when I use the workflow of validating a risk, the users receives the workitem on his inbox, however he is not receiving the e-mail notification, any idea?

Hi Arivind,

Have you configured the PC notification in SWNCONFIG? You must add the RM task in the data filter folder.

I've add to GRCNOTIFICATION, however no notification was sent it yet, do you know if there is another thing to do, such as run a report

Are you using adhoc risk validation or performing Planner risk validation?

You meant that there are or there aren't records on SOST?

Because if there are records there, it will be a SMTP server issue.

I am experiencing the same issue for RM items. Due date on response items and response delegation.

SLG1 (WF | NOTIFICATIONS): I can see the items being selected.

SM37: Job Log: It shows that 2 items were saved but 0 were sent.

I'm considering using the old program instead (RSWUWFML2).

Will keep you posted if I work it out.
