Is there way to schedule a Webi in such a way in BO 4.1. SP5?

Out of box, there is no feature to schedule the way you mentioned. Using SDK, you may be able to achieve what you want. please check in SDK forum.

Business Objects doesn't provide this option but third party tools can. Look at one of the option from Acuma (Acusend - Acuma (www.acusend.co.uk)).

This definitely can serve the purpose.

Why is this requirement ? we are running same report ~ 51 times(17 hours*3 times per hour) 

I think this can be done using Event based scheduling and batch script / unix scripting .

Generate a file using script for every 20 minutes between 6 AM-11 PM and drop it, schedule based on the file availability .

select Recurrence as Hourly ,run for 0 hours 20 Minutes .

If there is no formatting / complex calculations at report , we should consider schedule the data from database itself to avoid  issues !!

Also, don't forget to delete the file once the event has generated so that it can be generated again on the next slot.
