Resource Scheduler - unable to see my technician

Hello experts,

I have a problem with the resource scheduler. I've created a service ticket, then under "service and repair" I've selected an Item and released it for scheduling. If I now go to the Resource scheduler work center, I am able to see the demand, but I am not able to see my technician. In fact I see none of my service team members ... Have someone any idea how to fix that?
