Should an inspection lot (QALS) always have an entry in QAMV

Dear Experts,

I would like to know when will the entries in QAMV table be populated ? Does this happen at the time of Inspection Lot (IL) creation ?

Also can you please let me know if all Inspection lot will have at least one entry in QAMV. If not ,the scenarios where there need not beany entries in QAMV.
