QS27 - Fill in all required entry fields

I want to replace a MIC by an other. MIC with QS27.

When I select a ligne and I do "Start replacement F8" :

I have an issue :

I don't understand why I have this message, and why it does not work.

Check to make sure your characteristic is a full copy model or reference characteristic.

It sounds like maybe the control characters are set in such way as requireing something to be set in the plan for the characteristic.

For instance, the new MIC requires a sampling procedure but the characteristic being replaced does not use a sampling procedure.  Or the MIC requires and upper and lower spec and the one you are replacing, is only a one-side spec.

My characteristic is incomplete copy model but it is supposed to work because I have impleMENnted the SAP note 16880077 (see attachment).

Even if I change the botch characteristic (old and new) in QS23 as complete copy model, it's still doesn't work.

It's really strange because, when I try to change directly the old characteristic (MP00030) by the new one MP0000136) by the new one in QP02, I have the same message as in QS27 but I still don't understand where does it come from.
