MM17 Change Number field

Hi all,

There is a field in MM06 transaction named "change numer". Is there anyway to use / add this field in MM17 transaction.

Change numbers are created using the transaction CC01 and with respect to this number, the changes made to any material can be captured. There is no way to add this field in the transaction MM17.  If you elaborate the exact requirement in detail would be helpful.

I want to use change number field in MM17.

i create change number in CC01 and can use this in trx MM06. I want to use this change number in MM17 transaction. this is an example for my requirement. I want to use MM17 for "Material Group" changes etc. with "Change Number". is this  possible?

My answer is No and I doubt, there is a possibility for capturing material changes with change number in the transaction MM17. In standard, you can see this field only in the transactions related to material are MM01/ MM02 / MM04 & MM06.

How can I use MM17 with change number? is there any settings in SPRO for this?

You can't.

If you look into MM17 then you can see which material master tables can be used in MM17 and none of these tables has the field AENNR.
