My first experience with SAP B1 Studio is catastrophic!

Hi, everybody

I always program my VB.NET add-ons entirely in code.

I never learned any visual tool, like SAP B1 Studio.

A few experts have repeatedly urged me to try SAP B1 Studio.

And so this morning, I have tried a simple application using Studio.

As a quick-start, I used the DI sample "Working with XML" that comes with the Help Files.

I designed a simple form with B1 Studio, but deliberately put many items on the form.

As you can see from the attached pictures, at runtime the result is catastrophic.

Other users don't seem to have any problems with B1 Studio.

Is it a bug? or am I messing up somewhere?
