Move Internal Order stock to Unrestricted

Dear SAP Gurus,

During Confirmation via CO11N, there is no stock showing in Unrestricted and if we check ,the stock is lying in On order(Internal Order) stock in MMBE ..,how to move internal order stock to unrestricted.

I searched in SCN but cannot able to get proper resolution.

Hi

If it is really lying against Internal Order, that means it is charged to P&L. It is no longer in Balance Sheet

I think your Production Order delivers a Non Valuated Material or a Non Valuated GR.. Otherwise, it cant reflect against a Internal Order

You can do 262 to bring it back

Provide more details if it does not help

Hi Ajay,

Thanks for information.. I have tried with Movement type 262 in MB1A .. Stock surely come to Unrestricted but it has not reduced from On Order Stock when I check in MMBE.

For example earlier On order stock was showing 100 quantity, then i did 262 for 1 quantity so in unrestricted it is showing 1 ,but order stock still shows with 100, ideally it should be 99.

Hope my understanding is correct

As far as my knowledge goes, Internal Order cant manage Stocks that are reflected in Balance Sheet

Can you please detail out what are you doing?

What was the accounting entry at GR?

Hi Ajay,

accounting entry are as follows.:

GRIR Clearing     Cr.        ( Balance Sheet)

Freight Clearing  Cr.          ( Balance Sheet)

CVD Clearing      Cr.         ( Balance Sheet)

Consumption      Dr.          ( P & L )                ( Internal Order)

Have you tried MB1B - movement type 411 with stock indicator as "E".

Hi Shubham,

In movement type 411 with stock indicator E, sales order is showing as mandatory and our case relates with Internal Order.
