Move Internal Order stock to Unrestricted

Dear SAP Gurus,

During Confirmation via CO11N, there is no stock showing in Unrestricted and if we check ,the stock is lying in On order(Internal Order) stock in MMBE ..,how to move internal order stock to unrestricted.

I searched in SCN but cannot able to get proper resolution.
