Update termination while reversing the Material document

Hi Experts,

The requirement is to trigger the mail output while transferring the stock from one storage location to other.

We have configured the mail output and Output is also getting triggered at item level while transferring the stock.

While cancelling the document we are getting the update termination error as "OTF End Command // Missing in OTF Data". We are using the SAP script form.

Kindly give your valuable inputs to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Check followings

1. You have sufficient authorization to cancel material document with plant and storage location combination

2. Sufficient number range available on cancellation of document with regard to material and accounting number range settings

3. Check few texts in SAP script form may cause your concern

I have authorized to reverse  the document and number range is also available.

For 3rd one- discuss with intelligent ABAPer and find the root cause.

This is clearly an issue with your print program or form.

If you got a dump then read it and do what the dump tells you to do (e.g. searching for OSS notes using the terms that are mentioned in the dump)
