Setting Up Dash Board SAP B1 9.0

Hi Experts

i am using sap b1 9.0, while setting up dash board face following problems

i install JDK and java latest version then i enable cookpit but when i select dash board widget i got below window

i checked service status above service is open

kindly help in above matter
