Hi Kavitha,

This error is coming from the OS. If you go to command prompt and type net helpmsg 1314 you will see the error "A required privilege is not held by the client.".

Can you attach the file sapinst_dev.log file?

After couple of retry, I switched back to bwxadm and then started SWPM, it worked.

Thanks for all the help. one installation completed, another 3 to go.

Hi Kavitha,

Thanks for sharing. It can be the case that the user didn't have connectivity to the domain or some other authorization, or had a GPO applied on him. Good to know!

Yes, thanks my ID may not have sufficient Domain auth but SIDadm has all required auth.
