Custom Pane container(Embedded Component) not visible in ipad!!

Hello Experts ,

I created multiple Embedded Component's , when i see them in tablet's they are visible , when I have added them as new Tab in standard screen , but when I add them as a Pane Container ,the Custom Pane container(Embedded Component) not visible in Tablets, Pls help!!

Hi Daljeet,

Unfortunately, this is a limitation with the Ipad app. There is another app called Cloud for Customer Extended edition. Your custom screen should be visible there though.

Hi Daljeet,

If you are testing in Responsive UI, the custom EC's should show up. However this limitation is only for the app.

Correct/InCorrect , EC's are visible on RUI's when used in tabs, but I have used as Pane container in section group , and it is not visible there.

Do you have any inputs?

Hi Daljeet,

I have seen this happening only with the C4C original app on the ipad. However this should not happen with the Responsive UI. The custom EC's should be visible there as they are visible on the normal UI.

Unfortunately I don't have any other ideas other than asking you to raise an incident.

I have multiple EC's as tab , all of them are visible very clearly and functionality working as expected in RUI's also.

But only the one as Pane Container doesn't comes up , I have raised a Ticket though , will update with there comments, but thanks a lot.

Can you check in embed component property "Tags" and add row with Device  =  Tablet.

I tried the same , still it doesnt works , also just to let you know, I am testing in the URL of desktop , wherein by just changing cleint to 'newclient' in the URL.

Basically I want the EC to be displayed in responsive UI alsoapart from other display modes like Desk , Tabs , and mOBILES.
