Deliveries that been done PGI not getting cleared in MD04

Hello ,

I am facing an issue   in MD04 list . Some deliveries created based on STO's  are been done , the document flow is completed till Goods Receipt. Still the Outbound deliveries are not getting cleared in MD04 list of stock positions after months even . I can use the standard program SDRQCR21 to clear the deliveries, but this issue is happening often. Any permanent solution is available? Or at root level any settings in material should be a cause?

Similar sporadic events occur with many clients, hence clients run the SDRQCR21 program in the background (for example every week, bi-weekly etc). So you can schedule the job to run in background.
