Asking for Credentials when at Sales Order Creation

Hello we are new to CAL and developing in S4HANA.

We are currently facing an odd issue: system asking for credentials

At Sales Order Creation: VA01 after first screen you put Sold To party 1000000 and press enter..

and any Sold To Party

Does anyone know how to solve this / what the root cause is?
