Procurement documents for services - Item category D

Good day,

I have a situation where the entire column for service text is missing upon creation of contracts, PR's and PO's. The Services tab on item level in ME31K, ME51N and ME21N

The column is NOT hidden in Production and I compared config settings in DEV and Production.

DEV and UAT is working perfectly, but in Production, the entire column is missing.

Could someone please provide more light on where the problem could be?
