How to know if a message has been sent to third level support

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to see if an incident has been send to SAP third level support without opening one by one and reading the text. It would be interesting to find a field that shows that, because I would like to export a list of messages to excel.

Hello,

There is a field at SAP, called 'processing organization'. I am not sure if this field is synchronized with the Solution Manager.

The 'Processing organization' field might be an ISV's name, one of three global regions for product support, or development support.
