new version of Crystal need

Westin Portland Harborview recently went through an upgrade with our reservation system and version XI Release 2 of Crystal is no longer compatiable. How do I upgrade my software? I use Crystal 2011 at my second property and it works great.

    Hello,

    Who wrote the reservation software you are using?

    Is that what you want to upgrade, if so you need to ask them if they have a new release based on CR for .NET.

    Thank you. I am not sure who wrote the reservation software. I work for Starwood and the reservation system upgraded, and the system no longer is connected to Crystals.
