Supported O/S for Crystal 2011 / 2013

We are currently using Crystal 2011 for JD Edwards E1 reports on WIN2008 / SQL 2008. We will be upgrading to WIN2012 / SQL2014. Does Crystal 2011 support this or should we upgrade to Crystal 2013? I do see where Crystal 2013 works with WIN2012.
