Installing JVM JRE PD Portal 16.6 does not finish in Win10

Hi everybody:

There is a problem when I am installing PD Portal 16.6, the installation does not finish, it stops in Installing SAP JVM JRE 7.0... as the image show.  I have to end task through Task Manager.  The OS is Windows 10 Pro.

I will appreciate any help.

To debug the issue, try install the JRE in different folder.
