message no 26136 while opening a file which was attached from syclo device

Hi Experts,

I am getting an error message no.:26136 file cannot be accessed while opening a file which was attached in IW31 transaction fom syclo end.for document type DRW,

when a file which we were uploaded from erp system for same document (DRW)type can be accessed there is no such kind of error.

error is only those file which we uploaded from syclo system.

Hi. The answer to this could be depending on your type of device.  We have several SAP articles/notes/KBA that talks about Android (opening of files) and/or iOS.

Hi,

Thank you for response.

• If you check I have already maintained a path in a dc20 like c:\temp.PFA . and I dc30 work station application is also %auto% PFA. while we are attaching the document from the syclo end and transmitting after that also the lock sign(check in original ) is unlocked that means the image is not going to database repository.it is in my machine only. and while we are going to cv02n and try to check in original those file which we attached from syclo then also it throwing an error message.
  
  we implemented all these things still not matched with appropriate output.
