For each allowance grouping for which this is required, carry out the below:

In v_t7ina9, assign the RAP indicator Reimbursement to each wage type required in It 589.

HI Tania,

I have maintained both WT as allowance.

However only is reflecting in IT0589. I want 7RHS also to reflect in IT589.

T7ina9

And IT0589

I was under the impression that only wage types with RAP indicator Reimbursement will be visible in It 589. It works like this in my system.

Can you verify that both screenshots correspond to the same allowance grouping?

Yes Tania,

Both are for same allowance grouping.

Hi KKS

Kindly check :

SAP Note No. 586343 - Entry help for Wagetype field in Infotype 589 (Indiv.Reimb).

The Infotype Screen is now changed, in order to include entry help facility for the Wagetype field in the Infotype.

Moreover, only those Reimbursement Wagetypes, which are applicable to the Pay Scale Grouping for Allowances to which the Employee belongs to, (as per the view V_T7INA9) would appear in the entry help pop-up dialog.

select * from t7ina9 into table i7ina9 where rapin = 'R' and

                                               algrp = algrp.

As per the SAP Note, the code very well explains that it checks for RAPIN (RAP indicator) as R for the Wage types.

Please check few things:

RAP for 7RTF is also set as reimbursement as well in v_t7ina9 ???

I mean check whether in v_t7ina9 :

7RHS has only one RAP indicator as A

However 7RTF has 2 RAP indicators i.e. A and also R in this view.

Well it is not possible to maintain 2 values of RAP indicator but still check this way.

One more thing, set 7RHS as R for RAP indicator and then test the scenario if this works.

Let me know.

Ok, just to test, please set the RAP indicator of the required wage type to Reimbursement and check if it appears in It 589.
