KOB1 plant search security

Dears,

our customer in FICO module need to restrict search for plants in Tcode "KOB1", the path he use

Tcode: KOB1--> Further Selection Criteria --> Organizational units --> Plant.

as the user could see all plants even if he have this Tcode only, any idea to restrict plant search
