Hi,
is there any possibility when printing PO from SAP the printout will be numbered, example first printout will be version 1 and second version 2 and etc.
is that possible or not??
Hi Tutti
Yes it is possible to print the version number in Purchase order , version 0 would be Purchase order and from version 1 on wards we need to call as Amend Purchase order.
To achieve this we need to do the version management configuration and to display number we need to write the code in the PO Smart form by using the EREV table for this we need abaper help.
Thanks

Dear Tutti,
Not possible without Abaper, you need customization for this.

Hi,
I think the version has to be printed if there is an amendment - not for each duplicate print. I would suggest to activate version management for required fields. If there is change in any version relevant field, system will generate a new version and the same can be printed (EREV table) in the PO print. You may modify the PO print program to pull the version number from EREV table and print the same.
