Hi Gurus,

We are getting frequent Errors in Event Logs:

BusinessObjects_crcache : Failed to create report source on server

BusinesObjects_crproc : A Failure occurred while the server was processing report file.

Kindly share some knowledge on why these Errors in Event Log occur on daily basis.

check this.Similar to this you can do the settings in webi processing server and try.

1626005 - Fail to create report source on server. (RCIRAS0216)

Resolution

1. This issue can been resolved by restarting the Crystal Report Cache server from the Central Management Console(CMC).
2. The cache size can be increased from Central Management Console in order to avoid this issue.
3. To increase the cache login to Central Management Console and navigate to servers.
4. Go to the properties of the Crystal Report Cache server.
5. Increase Maximum cache size from 256000 to 512000
