Query throwing error

Hi All,

We have changed one characteristic to Key figure and added this to a query.

When we are running the query its mentioning about the info object and throwing the below error.

"Program Error in class SAPMMSY1 method:UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION"

Could you please help in fixing this.
