Crystal report refresh from BI Launch pad gives error -CRWEB00000119

I was able to get the data when i design my crystal report using 2013 using  the respective ODBC Connection. But when i publish the same report onto CMC and Access it from BI Launch Pad Getting the Below Error message.

The viewer could not process an event. Failed to open the connection. Test.rpt Details: [Database Vendor Code: 12154 ] [] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]

Anyone had the same issue can shed some light .Thank you.

Also, when you see a "Database Vendor Code" in an error message, this is the error passed through from the database.  So, you should go to the documentation for the database you're using and look up this error code to determine what the problem is.

Make sure the DSN is in both the 32 and 64 bit ODBC Admin and under the System DSN so the servers can access them.

This of course also requires both the 32 and 64 bit DB Clients be installed and available.
