Connect to SAP Gateway failed. Partner <hostname:sapgw01> not reached

Hi,

After creating a new system in System Landscape Directory, I am trying to maintain that system alias under Universal Worklist Configuration.

However, I am getting the following error while trying to re-register the UWL system alias:-

"Could not get connection for alias: Contact your System administrator".

Also, in the nwa error log, the below error is generated in developer traces:-

RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION: Connect to SAP Gateway failed

ERROR:           partner '<oIP >:sapgw01' not reached

ERRNO TEXT   WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection Refused

Can anyone tell me how to solve this..

Hi,

When you had added system in system landscape directory, was connection test successful.

Hi Deepa,

Yes the connection test was not successful as the message server maintained was not correct. I have entered the correct message server host and port as per transaction SMMS. Then created a new RFC destination with correct naming convention <SystemAlias$WebFlowConnector> . Then maintained the UWL system alias, and re-registered it.

Now a new issue appears, while re-registering UWL system, the following warning messages appear:-

WebDynproNamespace value not found for TS21500003 in system alias.

WebDynproApplication value not found for TS21500004 in system alias.

Also, in while opening a Leave Request inbox work Item it shows 404 error. URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
