Agentry Calendar does not display the Work Orders for current date unless we click on it.

Hello Experts,

We are working on Work Manager-6.2 for one of our client, we have a requirement to show the assigned Work Orders on a Calendar.

We have done the customization and it's working fine for us except one issue.

Issue :- Suppose Today's date is 13 Apr 2016. If we navigate to the Calendar screen then calendar highlights Today's date but it does not display the Work Orders for Today. If I click on the Today's date manually then it shows all required Work Orders for Today.

We found the same issue in the Standard Service Manager as well.

Is it a product bug?

Have anyone tried this before?

Hi Sudhir,

I would suggest you try the latest WPF client in SMP 3.0 SDK SP12 . The development team has made changes to the way Windows are displayed.

Sudhir,

When we reviewed your question above, we looked at what QA does on testing. Most of our test internally here asked our QA team to select a date before the details gets displayed.

Not sure if some of our SAP consultants can chime in on their experiences.

Sudhir,

At first glace it would appear to me to be an issue with the calendar control in the base Agentry client.  Have you tried it on iOS or Android by chance to see if those platforms work as expected?
