We are using Fiori launchpad to access fiori applications. A custom theme, here by referred as CUSTTHEME1 is created and an entry is made using transaction /UI2/NWBC_CFG_SAP for the combination SAP_FLP/THEME.
Production system is configured for SAML2 based SSO. This setup was working as expected, untill a new custom theme was transported to production environment. Once this new theme, here by referred as CUSTTHEME2 is imported in production via transport request, for all users no theme is being applied by default. Users are seeing a white screen with only text entries of application categories and application names.
However, users can still click on personalization and set a theme manually. Once this manual activity is performed, theme is getting applied automatically for subsequent access of launchpad. What is the best way to apply CUSTTHEME1 to all users by default ? Do we have to make an entry using transaction /UI2/NWBC_CFG_CUST ?
