ODS Activation failing

Hi,

When we are trying to activate the ODS request , its giving the "MESSAGE_TYPE_X" dump.

When we are trying to analyse the job log its saying

Check if server "XXXXXXX" can be used (for execution of batch jobs)

And also its referring to some temporary tables(TESTDATRNRPARTV) & displaying lock table in share mod.

When we check those tables its holding the request no which we are trying to activate.

Anyone faced the same situation?
