SAP S/4 HANA and Folders Management

Hi Gurus!

We have the requirement of setting up Folders Management in a prospect where the ERP solution selected is S/4 HANA. They need it to manage technical and legal documentation for equipment.

My question is... Is Folders Management supported with the new solution or is there an alternative functionality available instead? If so, does it have specific license and do you know where can I get any information?

As I know Folders Management is working well in S/4 HANA (we have only tried its basic functions, though we haven't done any projects yet). Also, as there are some other standard functionalities in S/4 HANA which are NWFM based (like Dispute Management, Collection Management) and should also be fully functional in S/4, I think there shouldn't be any troubles with implementing your own NWFM-solutions.

Speaking about licensing - my knowledge isn't up-to-date, but I think it's still appropriate: NWFM has it's own licences which are not covered by ERP end-user license. NWFM licences depend on the number of created records in this module - so You have to pay for a certain package of records. I have a note and it says that in 2013 the smallest package consisted of 7500 records and costed 4500EUR (no discounts).
