Issues while creating and modifying mitigating controls

Hi Gurus

I am on GRC AC 10.1 SP11 .I am facing issues while modifying and creating mitigation control. Every time I try to modify existing mit control i get error "Valid-To date cannot be extended.I get this error when I click on Owners tab.

When I try to create new Mit control and I click on owners tab , I get error "org unit does not exist" though org unit is existing.

Could you help me with resolution for this.
