Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to automatically extract the logs from C4C ?
Like automatically get the user login access, the system performance status, etc...
The need is then to feed those logs in an Enterprise Supervising System like Nagios.
Thanks for your help.
kind regards,
Christophe

Hi Ankush,
Thanks for the link but this is not exactly what I'm looking for, as the most important part of my request is to automate the extraction of the C4C logs.
I don't want to have any manual step performed, I would like to automatically extract the logs, and then integrate it into another software managing this at enterprise level.
Moreover the change log mentioned in the post does not cover the whole scope : user logins, session duration etc...
kind regards,
Christophe AROD
Hi Christophe,
You can access application logs such as User logon activity, transation usage, response times, API usage etc via the in-tenant reporting capbility. Please note that this is in Beta and accesible via the Administartor WC. For complete report coverage it is accesible within the Analysis WC --> Reports section.
Best,
