Hello,
Currently I am working on a concurrent employment( for eg pernr p1 & p2 ) related access issue, where HR admin doesn't have access( structural as well as general ) to one of the pernrs( say p2 ).
Now business expect; authority checks should not take place for p2 as only p1 is being updated.
As per my understanding this expectation conflicts with SAP standard.
..... can you please tell me;
1) whether my understanding is correct, or not?
2) is it good to disable authority checks for p2?
3) how to achieve that?

read documentation program SAPDBPNPCE.
You can provide all infotypes without authority check and do the check internally in your program.
