Data persistence in SAP C4C

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement, when a person logs in and enters the data(in any field), it must be saved at the back end and when he logs in again that data must be visible. If necessary, further changes can be made only by him/her (using Edit button). How do I implement it ? Please help.
