print button on asp.net crytal report viewer exports the report in .pdf format instead of showing the printers window.

I am using VS2010 with  Version=13.0.2000.0 of crystal report

Moved to .NET forum.

Either you have set the printer to PDF in the properties of the viewer or IIS does not have access to any printers. CR requires printer be installed and available.

Also, that version is the assembly version, it never changes. Look in your Programs and Features for the version of CR for VS installed.
