HANA Studio showing memory utilization zero

Hi Team ,

We are having a HANA system SP10 . Today when i checked the hana studio for memory utilization  its showing value as zero. Also in the Performance tab , memory used by the Services is showing  zero only.

I have checked sap system is up & running fine. Also as OS level the Services is up & "free -mg "  is showing  almost 300+ GB memory on box of 1.5Tb  RAM.

What could be possible issue. Till yesterday the utlization was above 12 %

We also observe CPU utilization 0 almost most of time.

Which HANA Studio version do you use?

Plesae use the version compatiable with your current HANA database to see if the problem still exists or not:

11. Which SAP HANA Studio revisions can be used to administer a certain SAP HANA database?

SAP HANA Studio is downward compatible, but not upward compatible. This means that you should always use at least the SAP HANA Studio Revision that was delivered together with the SAP HANA server software.

This is resolved by Updating the SAP hana Studio version
