Cancellation Document Approval

Hi Expert,

We want to set approval procedure for cancellation document.

Can anyone correct my Query

SELECT distinct 'true' FROM [dbo].[OPCH] WHERE $[OPCH.CANCELED]='C'

When we are trying to cancel document not going for approval.
