Vendor Hierarchy MKH1 Documentation.

I have seen all previous posts regarding MKH1 vendor hierarchy but now where ther is explainition on how the MKH1 is used in system. They just show "Prerequisite needed" But no where is data on where those pre requisites are or anything. So can anyone provide a complete documentation with all process of using MKH1.
