How to Sort the Wage type in a required order in HR Forms Payslip

Hi Team,

I am working on Payslip using HR FORMS transaction.

I need to display wage type in payslip in below mentioned order.

basic pay

hra

cva

hda

spa

med

fuel and maintainance

Kindly help me in resolving this.

Hi everyone

1. As John suggested, use cum.id's, for the w/t's Anjali has listed. 

1.1 In V_512W_D, eval class 02 will not apply to these w/t's and hence will be 00.

1.2 Create cum id for each of these w/t's in  V_T596G with sub application CEDT in the sequence as required.  It is better to leave gaps so that you can add other id's & w/t's later in between, without changing the existing ones; this method is also used for T588Z seq.no's. 

1.3 In V_T596I relate the cum id's to the w/t's.

1.4 Use the cum id's for printing in the payslip.    

1.5 The same technique can be used for forms created with both HRFORMS and PE51

The above should do for the above needs.

I am not using PE51 for designing payslip.I am using HRFORMS transaction to create payslip.

Hi Anjali,

One thing you can do is use Evaluation Class 02 from table V_512W_D to group your wage types but then you'll need to add these in the sequence you want in the form.

You can either maintain in Windows or in cumulation IDs.

Hi Anjali,

Go to Tcode : pe51 select your country grouping form name select window radio button change double click on selected window select group you will find the sgr (sub group number) this is hold the sequence in payslip.
