Hi Rakesh,

i have checked same thing in system but it didn't work  it and i have one more senerio Meter reading assesment process.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

V2 (100) < V1 (9990)

=> No assessing required

A reestimation would result in an overflow (high consumption).

above solution do i have to do any enhancement or work flow trigger

Please let me know above solution,i have tried but its not triggering in standard.

Regards,

Radhika

Hi Radhika,

There is no customizing that you would need for this.

What is the error that you are getting ?

Hi Monis,

Thanks for your reply.

i have checked 2 below scenarios.

1) Meter removal done 02.05.2016 dated  and doing final billing same day getting below error.

Error-Rate not found billing inconsistence.

2) if i do final billing (02.05.2016) and doing meter removal (02.05.2016) same day getting error

Issue-installation has been billed activity date.so unable to remove the device if i do next day (03.05.2016) its possible.

I am looking same day has to do meter removal, move out.above scenarios i tried but not working .

Usually, final billing day only meter will remove consumer premise so how to do above scenario?

Thanks,

Radhika

The first error that you are getting is because the device has been removed and therefore a rate cannot be fetched for final billing. This usually does not happen because the removal time of a device is 23:59 on a particular day.

You can do the following.

Create a move out using EC55. (Do not perform billing)

Perform device removal and then bill the customer.

This should not give you an error.

Hi Radhika,

You have a meter read document after the move out date. The device is expecting a meter reading, so it is not expecting a move out to occur. Its highly likely that an order was created before you have attempted to perform the move out.

Please use transaction EL37 to reverse the meter reading document before retrying the move out.

Hi Radhika,

Try giving meter removal date as 03.05.2016 in the initial screen. It will do the removal on 02.05.2016.

Then do move-out on 02.05.2016.

I hope this will work.

Hi Radhika,

As you are executing 2 processes on the same object with the same time slice it would always conflict.

Can you check if you have DEVINSNOMR in the customization entry for Device Installation/Removal and Replacement. This should subdue the request for MR for the Device Removal process. As you would already have the MR for Final Bill, this should also be taken as MR for Removal of Device.

Though it would also subdue the MR request for Installation and Replacement(Business Process Impact possible). Also you might miss the MR reason for device removal in EABL.

Just check.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Rakesh..
