Import article: How to set UoM Codes?

Hello Forum,

I want to import a bunch of articles with an addin I wrote for myself. I still have a problem to set the UoM properties. The SAP installation uses Coresuite Rules. And this rules requires that that UoM properties are filled out. For example in the Purchasing data tab:

1. Purchasing UoM Code (Variable=201)

2. Purchasing UoM Name (BuyUnitMsr)

3. Items per Purchase Unit (NumInBuy)

4. Package Type (Variable=202)

5. Quantity per Package (PurPackUn)

And I have to set similar properties within the Sales data tab.

I have found this properties for an B1 Item:

1. B1Item.DefaultPurchasingUoMEntry

3. B1Item.PurchaseItemsPerUnit

5. B1Item.PurchaseQtyPerPackUnit

But what are the remaining settings?

What does "Variable=201" mean, where is it saved?

    Hi Mark,

If I am not wrong, "Purchasing UoM Code (Variable=201)" is save in the PUoMEntry, in this field you will look the key of UomEntry, not the UomCode.

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,
