Hi Sandeep,

What is the present system status for the inspection lot? Is it having system status LTCA or else?

Please can you refer the below SAP Notes for this issue -

918698 - Error message HUGENERAL 078 if inspection lot cancelled

351024 - Message HUGENERAL E078 for stock transfer

Thanks,

Arijit

Try using SAP note 48815 to move this stock form Quality to Unrestricted use stock. Check if this is working for your case.

Have you tried SAP Note 48815? Haven't that worked too? Please explain us what all steps you have executed so far. Are you still getting the error message HUGENERAL 078 or some other error message?

Have you tried SAP notes 48815, 918698 and 351024?

In case your system is WM managed, please also check the below SAP Notes -
