Track sales order: doesn't match with back-end SO

Hi SCN,

we are testing Track sales order App and face the following problem. My sales order has 3 items, but near the "Open" pic only "2" is shown:

On click on "2" again 3 items are shown. After creating Outbound delivery with 3 items in SAP ERP, only 2 items are shown in the app:

As mentioned, Outbound delivery in SAP contains 3 items:

Any advice what can be the reason?

You need to update the packs. I believe the packs are at 8 or 9 at the moment could be even higher. A large number of changes have been made in this space and I found we had to update to the latest to get the Sales Rep suite of Apps working successfully - especially the Track Sales Order application.

I would suggest update the UI add-on packs to the latest as well as the SRA* packs. I have recently updated the packs to the latest and they are much more robust and consistent that previously.

Hi Ural,

As correctly suggested by Phil UIX01EAP 100 is at an old SP level. You can consider upgrading this component - latest available SP level is SP0009. Also the latest available SP for the backend component SRA018 600 is SP0007. Upgrading to the latest SPs usually results in the resolution of most of the bugs present in the older SPs.
