Product group wise raw material shortage

Hi All,

Can anyone explain me how to find the shortage of raw materials in product group (Laboratory/design office) wise for production unit in certain time period & to generate a report based upon the same ?

1) No such reports available in standard for product group wise material shortage.

2) You've to check the concept availability check.

3) MD04 is the transaction where you can see the available quantity and shortfall.

4) You may go for an enhancement and I believe the function module  "MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API" will be helpful.
