I'm creating a meeting in C4C (via Outlook), and invited several people from my company as well as the client. I sync and save it to C4C.
When I run the "Team's Activities by Employee" report in C4C, and filter on appointments (which includes appointments or meetings), the only one that shows up as having an appointment is the meeting organizer. None of the listed attendees in the meeting show up in the report as having an appointment, thus they do not get 'credit' for meeting with the client.
How can I show that there were more than 1 person meeting with client and each gets credit for that?
